Change of Mind

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, items may be returned within 21 days of receiving your order. (The date that your tracking shows as your order was delivered)

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• In its original packaging

• In new, unused, and sellable condition

Please note that buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method.

Damaged and Faulty Goods

We take great care and pride in the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged or is different to what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Please note that customised products (eg Commissions) are excluded from our Returns Policy.
